Rejected petition Use Silent Fireworks like Italy to lessen noise pollution & protect pets hearing

I own 2 beautiful dogs who suffer terribly during fireworks at Diwali, Guy Fawkes night and then New Years Eve. I would like fireworks to be given something like a 2 hours slot i.e 6pm-8pm etc or owners need a license to buy or better yet have silent fireworks. We need to make a change.
