The Scottish First Minister has recently declined to release expenditure figures around her EU visits. She has also spoken out on matters not devolved to the Scottish Parliament.

The first minister has not fully represented all of Scotland and has been openly threatening and aggressive in manner towards other politicians. This is not what the people of Scotland expect from such a role and does not reflect the majority of those in Scotland.
