Rejected petition Voting compulsory with non of the above clause

To make voting compulsory, But include at the bottom of ALL voting papers the option to choose non of the above, If that gets the most votes ALL candidates loose their deposit and the election is rerun with new candidates.
This will get mp's to pay as much attention as their constituants.
