Rejected petition Make high visibility clothing mandatory for cyclists when cycling on roads.

When you are driving at night, there are enough aspect to be thinking about. To make it even harder, there are people cycling without any high visibility clothing. Therefore to make it safer for cyclist it should be mandatory for the clothing to be worn. It also benefits the driver in spotting them.

For example, in summer, it should be mandatory that high visibility clothing must be worn after 20:00 and during winter 16:00.
