Rejected petition Bring the age of 15 hours Subsidised child care down from 3 to 1 year olds

Working people having taken a year off work with maternity want to go back to work but are unable to due to high child care costs. If the care was reduced from 3 years to 1 year olds then one parent would be able to return to work at least 2 days a week.
