Rejected petition Legalise and regulate cannabis for medical and recreational use.

An adult over the age of 21 should be able to use cannabis for medical or recreational use without the fear of prosecution. Regulate and tax it as we do with cigarettes and alcohol. Possibly help funding for education and NHS post Brexit.
