Petition Lower the sound limit of fireworks that can be sold to the public 50 decibels

A petition has recently gone around asking to ban the sale of fireworks to the public, and the response has been somewhat disappointing. As a compromise we are asking to lower the sound limit from 120 to 50 decibels to minimise stress on animals and people.
