Petition Make it law for companies to let applicants know if they have got a job or not.

When we apply for a job many of us find that we don't hear a thing back from the company concerned. This has to stop, not only is it downright rude of a company/employer small or large to not tell people if they did not get a job. I think it also has a negative affect on confidence.
