Rejected petition Give more support to children in care and to care leavers. They don't disappear

There are so many cases of children disappearing from care homes nationwide and the local authority just simply saying 'the system failed' 'we lost track of them'
We need to force the government pay attention to this issue because children do not simply fall off the face of the earth.
