Petition parliament make a law. No levy on diesel cars before park & ride system in place
As an asthmatic i find towns with no Park & Ride, such as Southampton, cause irritation to the lung,s.
It is irresponsible not to provide the facilities for shopper & visitor traffic to park outside the city.
We cannot clean up air quality, if we just encourage more & more vehicle,s into Towns
