Petition Make it mandatory for all new parents to learn CPR before leaving maternity unit

Any new parent should be taught CPR and basic life support skills before leaving the maternity into with their newborn child. This should include choking, unconsciousness, CPR to help increase chance of survival if the unimaginable happens.
