Rejected petition Stop Medway council issuing PCN between the hours of 18:00pm and 08:00am

Residential parking permits are charged to many residents of Medway council and yet parking spaces are insufficient. Thus this has created a system of stealth unfair taxing of the hard working people of Medway.
