Rejected petition Southeastern refund customers if trains cancelled or more then 5 minutes late

Southeastern rail is continuously cancelling trains and having delays more then 5 minutes which affects our journey to work. Cancelling trains is frustrating and for no apparent reason either. The service is getting worse,commuters refunded for cancelled trains and running more than 5 minutes late
