Rejected petition Christmas to become a 4 yearly event, much like the Olympics.

Christmas has become massively over hyped. therefore hold it every 4 years, say the year when the Olympics, football & rugby world cups are not held.
Christmas adverting & promotions cannot start until Dec 1st of that year.
