Stop the spread of smart motorways throughout the country,they're clearly a money making scam an have done nothing but made the roads more dangerous.

Constantly changing the speed limits to catch then motorist out is clearly a con and puttin the 40mph sign at the bottom of hills is costing haulage company's more in fuel because they're having to drag their load up the hill rather than maintaining the speed.
