This petition was rejected
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
Local councils are responsible for recycling and waste services.
You could start a new petition asking Parliament to change the law, to require all councils to provide textile recycling services.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
