Petition Make all care homes/care providers not for profit organisations

After many documentaries about undignified/unsafe inadequate care homes, we need to do something. Most homes/services are understaffed under trained and underpaid due to the owners/providers wanting high profits. And the people that suffer are the residents/clients.
