Ensure that companies regardless of size and government departments (local, central and EU) respect the basic human right of individuals to seek protection under the law (in this case Common Law). Any contract claimed to exist must be provable under Common Law through reasonable requirements. If a contract cannot be proven then it cannot be enforceable, logically or lawfully. Those that fail to respect this right must face a suitable punishment, either financial ad/or otherwise.
