Give people the option to take early retirement on JSA rate of they have paid full contributions for 30+years. It would enable people to take early pension they have saved and get younger people in work. It could be ERP early retirement pay so they didn't need to sign on.

I work for the local council now aged 57. I have worked all my life and saved for my pension that was suddenly moved from 60 to 66. If I and other people like me could take optional retirement at the rate that is being paid to a adult for on JSA rate, it would help the younger people get work.
