Rejected petition look into how child maintenance affects the non resident parent rather than just the resident parent

See how maintenance effects the non resident parent not just the resident parent, most parents wants to pay but in there financial situation there not able to but the csa puts them in poverty to pay the csa, also the maintenance money is not taken in to account of the resident parents benefits so they could enfd up with 5 kids 5 different dads getting £1000 a month in maintenance and all of the benefits sure this isn't right.
