Rejected petition Motor insurers should justify premiums particularly in light of whiplash reforms

Motor insurers have claimed that people will save £40 from their premiums as a result of increasing the small claims limit to £5,000. However, the cost of insurance premiums has been rising yearly. Coupled with the fact the government have announced an increase in IPT which will negate any saving.
