With all these new computer viruses infecting users computers often coming from abroad, mostly scams prompting you to enter your credit card details to obtain so called dis infection kits, scare ware infections such as windows 7 security tool, windows restore virus. The UK jurisdiction for arresting these individuals should go beyond the united kingdom. This is an attack of terrorism on house holders who are going about their day to day business.
