Petition Make ATOS and other related companies ask for claimants signature on reports

ATOS and related companies providing PIP and ESA assessments should have their assessor gain the claimants signature when filing a report for a capability assessment. This in turn would stop assessors lying in there reports which has been a well known fact for quite some time now.
