Too many employers are now requiring their employees to sign contracts restricting their use of social networking sites, employers are telling staff that they cannot mention the name of the company they work for, communicate with fellow colleagues or mention anything that has happened in the workplace.
Our rights to Freedom of Speech are being taken away from us by our employers, this must be stopped.
