Petition Allow "hoverboards" to be used on pavements

Currently hoverboards are not allowed on the public pavements. Many countries such as the USA and other EU countries are allowing it and they are after all a useful mode of transport. Unfortunately an out of date highways act says that we can't and it's high tide this is changed.
