Closed Establish legal presumption of shared, 50:50, care after parents' break up

The adversarial character of family legal system is not fit for purpose.
The bias of legal professionals ( lawers, social workers, caffcass officers, family centres staff, judges) is causing more harm then good . Simple initial presumption of 50 :50 child care split will give power back to parents

In Sweden approximately40% of separated parents share care 50:50 and it is higher amongst younger children.
In the majority of cases the minimum of shared parenting is 30%
Just 2% of disputes are resolved in court
