Stop Scotlands first ever puppy farm in Ayrshire even starting up as there's more than enough animals needing homes in rescues all over the U.K. & animals are still cruely being dumped now.

If puppies are going to be allowed to be bred should only be if you have a licence from your local council & also had a second approval from a well know animal charity or just be KC accredited
