Rejected petition FULL health testing for ALL English Bull Terrier parents or no KC papers issued!

I recently lost my EBT through Inherited Nephritis, a fatal type of Kidney Disease. He also had a grade 3 heart murmur. Nigel was only 2 years, 4 months old and lost his life due to non testing of parents! His mother died young at only 5! NO KC papers to be issued to puppies of UNTESTED parents!!!
