Rejected petition To not give control/maintenance of the tracks to the Train Operating Companies.

Safety levels are at the best they have been for a long time, why bring back the railway to the times when we had major incidents and death on the railway due to the greed of private train companies?
Companies like Southern and Southeastern should not have single control of the network they run on.
