Rejected petition To make the Garden waste free and prevent Reading Berkshire to charge for it

Reading Berkshire will start to charge for the Green bin (garden waste) starts from April 2017. Although they won't reduce the council tax for those who don't want to pay for the Green bin. The council just make the quality of life just worst, please help our town.
