Rejected petition Reverse Transport Sec. decision to block TfL takeover of London rail services

Earlier this year both the previous Mayor of London and Transport Secretary announced that TfL would take control of suburban rail as each franchise was renewed. This is now a broken promise and the revised proposals will not make commuter rail services more frequent, reliable and affordable.
