Petition Make audio recording in meetings about children and vunerable adults mandatory.
Children, vulnerable adults and their carers are suffering.
I am concerned about neglect, lying and professional backwatching in schools and care services. All meetings should be audio recorded and a copy given to those discussed, their carer and all attendees.

Producing copies of an audio recording for all involved in meetings within the care/education system would reduce abusive behaviour, unprofessionalism, lying, inaccuracies and would help to stop recordings taken out of context and placed on social media.
No more hiding behind 'their word against ours'. Let's have proper transparency when it comes to our children's wellbeing and protecting our vulnerable.
