Petition Make it illegal for office buildings to keep interior lighting on after hours.

Whilst out and about London recently on a Saturday night, I was struck by how many empty office buildings were lit up across the city with nobody at their desks. This is a massive waste of energy and resources and flies in the face of the Government commitment to reducing carbon emissions.
