Rejected petition A judicial review of the governments prerogative use, to take UK in to EEC

The UK entered into the EEC using the parliamentary prerogative, can the government use the same process to leave or not, if not then the European communities Bill, and all associated amendments including the Lisbon treaty, will be null and void.
