The Government should ban competence based interviews as they ignore education, knowledge, skills and past working experience of good candidates and can also be used to discriminate against candidates without detection.

Bring back the old interview system that helped make Britain Great.

A fair system of scoring candidates should be:
1. Experience –with proof (25%)
2. Education- with proof (25%)
3. Knowledge/ Experience – with proof (25%)
4. Competencies – through interview (25%)
