Rejected petition To review price rise council tax

Council tax is rising and will rise faster than inflation.People working can face up to a 6% hike.most people have not had a pay rise to run in line with this. I want a reform on how much theworking class pay on what they earn.if one person earns 12.000 and the other 50.000 they pay same banding

The banding has to be done on what a person can afford not forced to pay by a law that can't be challenged. I propose a higher band for higher earners an sms a lower band for lower earner. And a say from the public on where the money Is spent
