Rejected petition Transport Secretary Grayling to pay for damage to the bicycle of Jaiqi Liu

On December 10th Chris Grayling knocked down cyclist Jaiqi Liu with his car door. Whilst Jaiqi was still in shock from the collision, the transport secretary quickly shook hands and left.

This petition has been made to demand that Grayling pays for the damage from an accident he caused.
