Rejected petition lower VAT to stimulate the economy to help uk manufacturing.

A reduction of VAT back to 15% because when this was done before it had large positive effect on all UK trade and sales.
With VAT at the current rate of 20% it is causing a massive damaging effect on not only small buissiness but each and every hard working member of our society.
This matter urgently needs to be addressed or small buissiness such as the one I work for will continue to receive less orders, therefore paying less tax and will eventuality will result in more buissiness shutting down for good.
