Rejected petition Make a Guaranteed Minimum Income!!

Every UK citizen should get a Guaranteed Minimum Income. Some money used on solar panel purchases (gov earns revenue from residents excess electricity) & provision of food vouchers (healthy foods) This ensures money isn't wasted on booze etc. It also ensures basic needs met! Money circulates!

Everyone gets basic income. Everyone gets money to install solar panels to use from and to sell excess electricity.
Provision of food vouchers (via app?) ensures people getting the credit would spend it on food / proper items (necessity's).
In this way the basic needs are met for people. Also. If housed; free / cheap electricity. This will also boost the economy. (Manufacturers & Farmers, Retailers). More money being spent. Helps health and environment. Invest in the people for UK prosperity!
