Rejected petition repeal the NHS smkoing ban on psychiatric wards

i visit my partner every day in a PICU and the suffering and lack o of progress and recovery in the fellow patients and my partner is is horrific..these poor people are currently constantly trying to smuggle lighters in when once there were built in lighters in the walls outside in the smoking areas
