Old old landlord offered to look after our new springer spaniel called Martha which was in memory of my brothers father who died. Please help us get her back!

We lived in a small house at the time and our landlords offered to look after her until we moved. My brothers father loved them but he passed away. They kicked us out and now won't let us have our dog back. We have all the certificates for her, it's our dog and they won't give her back!
