Closed Fireworks should only be allowed with a specific liecence per event

Fireworks can cause injury to bystanders.
Fireworks cause distress people's pets.
Fireworks should only be ignited by a pyrotechnics person.
Fireworks should not be allowed on private property they should only be allowed in a designated public area with a specific license per event.

Due to the risks fireworks bring it is requested that they are only ignited by a professional pyrotechnics person. They should only be allowed in designated public places. They should require a licence from the local council. This will safe guard children and animals and ensure this safety risk and noise pollution is managed in a fair socially considered manner
