In view of the recent tragic and irresponsible explosion of 98 containers of government controlled munitions, which caused the death of many people and significant damage to the country's infrastructure, it is necessary to remove the government of Cyprus from the Presidency of the EU in late 2012 so they can concentrate their efforts on implementing and enforcing basic EU rules and regulations. The UK government should argue the case for Cyprus's removal from the Presidency responsibility in the EU Parliment.
