Petition Drivers of vehicles found driving without all four lights fully lit to be fined.

A Significant amount of vehicles are seen to be driving during evening and night hours without all four lights operating.This is a serious safety hazard, particularly on unlit roads and highways.

Driving during the nighttime is statistically more dangerous than by daytime.
Far too many lights burn out or dim between MOT tests, causing potential for serious accidents.

I ask the Government to give greater police powers in In this issue including issuing Penalty Notice and Penalty Points.

I am convinced that these changes will make are roads even safer.
