Petition Drivers of motor vehicles to use headlights at all times of the day and night.

Vehicles are often driven in poor light conditions. Vehicle colourings can make them nearly invisible against background colours. In daylight they can also be difficult to see. Compulsory headlights would make vehicles more visible and improve road safety. A no cost issue to motorists. A WIN WIN.
