(Govia Thameslink Railway) franchise are the worst performing operator for the last 12 months and are providing an unacceptable level of service to their passengers on the Southern Rail Network. The franchise needs to be passed to an operator that can provide the service.

This company's punctuality and level of customer service is severely lacking and is damaging the lives and economy of those served by this operator. An entire section of the south is being virtually cut off any access to London. The striking of staff is used as unacceptable blackmail by the operator to turn commuters on the staff when it is their mis-management that is the cause of their apppaling service.
