Petition Where a partner dies before Retirement Age,transfer pension to Partner,for 5yrs

As part of the social care package I would propose that all persons whose life companion, partner, spouse, Husband or Wife died before that reached the stipulated Retirement Age to receive their partners pension, non-means-tested, for a period of Five years after the date of the loved one.

This would also ease the burden on social care and health and be a clear signal of a Steadfast commitment to tackle the crisis of pensioner poverty, social care, and relive the impossible burden upon our NHS
