Petition Allow hospital A&E to refer people to minor injuries units if not an emergancy

Recently several minor injuries units in my local area were closed to staff A&E for patients that likely did not have life threatening injuries. Allow A&E departments to refuse treatment for non-emergency patients so they can focus more on saving the lives of those that need them.
