Governments regularly never implement manifesto pledges. Create a law that forces The Prime Minister before a General Election to explain to Parliament why pledges have not been implemented as described.

Trust in politicians is at an all time low, people do not believe what they say. This simple law will encourage political parties to create a manifesto that they can realistically implement. I'm tired of politicians broken promises.
