Petition Make all injunctions free for those who are victims of domestic violence.

My mum had been a victim of domestic violence for 20 years. A painful journey it had been. After finding the courage to leave she looked into implementing an injunction which was charged at £130 for each year.
Victims are being left with an impossible choice save themselves or pay for the letter.

A party that fails to comply with an injunction faces criminal or civil penalties, including possible monetary sanctions and even imprisonment. They can also be charged with contempt of court
